Ex-Mayor (1982-1983, 1993-1994 and 2010-2011) 

Born and bred in Beaumaris having attended the primary school and the David Hughes Grammer School. Left education to pursue apprenticeship and full-time employment at Wylfa Power Station. I spent 23 years at Wylfa then started my own business known as Starida Puffin Island Cruises and Angling Trips.  We have now expanded to wind farm crew transfers and other maintenance requirements. Lifeboat Crew Member for 38 years in which time I was a founder member of the Beaumaris Bonfire and Fireworks Display. I am the longest serving Councillor having joined the Town Council in 1979 and am the current Mayor for which I am extremely grateful for the support from the community in re-electing me over these years.
